Queen Charlotte Trail - NZ

A lazy 30km ride out of a dodgy caravan park - were we glad to see this! Welcome to Picton.

What can I say? - Queen Charlotte Sound is magnificent.

After all th climbing, the decents were magic!

Hitting a puddle or crossing a bridge - always focussed.

Working our way up some steep climbs.

Hands of the brakes!!!! Fast.

Wine, cheese, dips and spreads. Luxury.

Riding through the trees is superb.

Negotiated a tough part, and now feeling decidedly pleased with herself.

End of the trail. It was BOBs back on and ride to Haveloch. In the rain.

These bridges look solid, but sound like a jar of pennies when you hit them.

On the last day of the trail - slugging it out in pouring rain, this hill just got too much for Nic and Bob.
